Returns and refunds

 
  1. In accordance with Art. 52 D. Lgs. 206/2005, in the matter of distance selling, for the purchase of machines and/or accessories, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must send an e-mail to 101caffe@101caffe.it a communication to that effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. 101CAFFE’ will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relative invoice or copy of the courier's waybill. The goods must then be returned to the same address within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The transport costs for the return of the goods are charged to the Consumer.
  3. If returns are made in accordance with the above, 101CAFFE’ will refund the price of the returned goods and the invoiced delivery charges within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of return.
  4. Food products whose packages are even partially open are not refundable in any way. The right of withdrawal is not applicable. To protect our customers and for hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return food products for which adequate storage cannot be guaranteed. Article 59 of Legislative Decree N. 21 of 21 February 2014 (exceptions from the right of withdrawal) - in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13 / EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC - indicates that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of food, beverages or other household goods for everyday consumption. In particular for the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire. HACCP rules on food preservation also require the identification of the food chain. The possession of the goods by the customer interrupts the traceability of the food chain making the returned goods unsaleable, even if totally intact. These goods would in fact be destined for landfill. Exceptions are made in cases in which anomalies (crushed capsules and/or with missing parts, packaging defects, etc.) cannot be found by the customer at the time of purchase: in this case, replacements will be accepted, subject to verification by 101CAFFE'.
