Jamaica Blue Mountain, known also as the “caviar of coffee”, is a premium 100% Arabica coffee that comes exclusively from the “Blue Mountains” of Jamaica. It grows on volcanic soil, rich in mineral salts and irrigated by the pure water from sparkling mountain streams at approx. 2000 metres above the level of the Caribbean sea, whose breeze helps to create a perfect microclimate for this type of coffee. In their natural state, the beans are an unusually uniform greenish-blue colour, a characteristic that is maintained in the roasting process which follows the traditions of the Italian Master Roasters.
